Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of building professionals managing campus development projects from inception through construction and handover.
- Formulate the Campus Master Plan and oversee design, project management, and quality control.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet time, cost, quality, sustainability, and safety targets.
- Oversee campus repairs, maintenance, space inventory management, budget planning, and safety risk assessments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Registered Architect with at least 20 years of post-qualification experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with proficiency in project management and construction administration software.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Appointment
- Full-time — Fixed-term contract of 3 years, with re-appointment subject to performance review and availability of funding.
