Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver specialist modules in finance, economics, real estate development, investment, international finance, financial institutions, FinTech and ESG.
- Assist in programme development, management and validation.
- Engage in research, scholarly, student and administration activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
- Solid teaching and research experience in related areas.
- Successful track record of academic experience in tertiary teaching at bachelor and master levels, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong research records and publications.
- High level of subject knowledge, skills and competence in the academic discipline.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Putonghua is an advantage.
- For Real Estate Development position: specialty in Real Estate Finance and preference for RICS Chartered Membership.
