Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality research and generate scholarly publications and significant research outputs.
Initiate and support research projects, secure external grants and funding, and strengthen academic networks.
Provide leadership in programme and curriculum development across undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
Engage in and lead research-related activities with colleagues and research postgraduate students.
Participate as an active member of the University's community.

Possess a doctoral degree and/or prior degrees in relevant areas such as business administration, human resources, marketing, management, or leadership.
Demonstrate active research capacity and proven potential as a researcher.
Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with preference for Cantonese knowledge.
Have understanding of the educational context in Hong Kong and/or China.
International experience is highly valued; Associate Professor applicants should have strong research track record and knowledge of higher education in Asia or the Greater Bay Area.
