Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide frontline AV and IT support for staff and students to ensure smooth operations across the institution.
- Manage and support AV facilities in classrooms and lecture halls, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory control.
- Deliver on-site AV and IT support for University events and activities.
- Maintain and update user guides, operation manuals, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Multimedia Technology, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV support, IT support, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom, Teams, and control systems.
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Contract-based and renewable upon mutual agreement.
