Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strong academic leadership in research and teaching within the Department of Accountancy.
- Contribute to department administration and management, and Faculty of Business development.
- Lead research in AI, data science, and STEM-related accounting aligned with university strategy.
- Supervise research students and support faculty research development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in a relevant discipline with substantial teaching experience.
- Strong international reputation with outstanding track record of high-impact research publications and competitive research grants.
- Demonstrated research leadership capabilities and commitment to mentoring faculty and students.
- Previous administrative leadership experience at Department or Faculty level is advantageous.
