Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strong academic leadership in research and teaching within the department.
- Contribute to administration and management of the Department of Accountancy.
- Support development of the Faculty of Business.
- Conduct high-impact research in AI, data science, and STEM-related accounting aligned with university strategy.
- Provide research supervision to students and help other faculty develop their research.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in a relevant discipline with substantial teaching experience.
- Strong international reputation and outstanding track record of high-impact research publications.
- Proven ability to secure competitive research grants.
- Strong research leadership capabilities and experience.
- Previous administrative leadership experience at department or faculty level (advantageous).
