Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the Academy of Film as Director while advancing scholarship and creative accomplishment in film and media education.
Foster a collaborative environment supporting faculty research and developing innovative curricula aligned with evolving industry practices.
Build and maintain partnerships with filmmakers, studios, and technology leaders to integrate current industry trends into teaching and student projects.
Serve as the Academy's public voice, promoting its contributions to local, regional, and international communities.

Demonstrated recognition for scholarly and/or professional achievement in film, media, or related creative fields.
Proven leadership and administrative experience in creative and academic environments.
Strong commitment to education, scholarship, and fostering inclusive collaborative culture.
Ability to advance interdisciplinary research and maintain engagement with global screen industries.
