Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents including letters, memos, reports, purchase orders, quotations, tenders, and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and conduct data entry.
  • Serve as Help Desk Support to handle general inquiries.
  • Supervise and liaise with direct labour and contractors, schedule meetings, and provide clerical support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold minimum 5 HKCEE passes (English Grade C/Level 2, Chinese Level 2, Mathematics) OR 5 HKDSE Level 2 subjects with 6+ years relevant experience OR a recognized degree/diploma with 4+ years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in tertiary institutions, construction, facilities management, or accounting firms is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, commencing as soon as possible with possibility of renewal.
