Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents including letters, memos, reports, purchase orders, quotations, tenders, and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and conduct data entry.
  • Provide Help Desk Support to handle general inquiries.
  • Supervise and liaise with direct labour and contractors.
  • Schedule meetings and provide clerical support to the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold minimum 5 HKCEE passes including English (Grade C or above), Chinese, and Mathematics; OR Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSE subjects including English, Chinese, and Mathematics with 6+ years of relevant experience; OR a recognized degree/diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in tertiary institutions, construction, facilities management, or accounting firms is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, commencing as soon as possible with possibility of renewal.
