Duties & Responsibilities

Lead clinically driven activities and maintain quality standards across departments or units.
Foster academic collaboration within and outside the Faculty and University.
Pursue strategic directions for Faculty and departmental development.
Support medical student education and academic research (Associate and Assistant Professor levels).
Grow clinical services through strategic leadership (Associate and Assistant Professor levels).
Provide mentorship and support career development opportunities for staff.

Possess specialist registration with the Medical Council of Hong Kong or eligibility for Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Certification.
Demonstrate international recognition for professional expertise.
Show sustained excellence in research, clinical practice, education, or administration.
Preferably have administrative and management experience in universities or healthcare settings.

Non-tenure track, fixed-term contracts of three to four years with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
Full-time or fractional appointments may be considered for suitable candidates.
