Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead clinically driven activities and maintain high quality standards across departments/units.
- Foster academic collaboration within and outside the Faculty/University.
- Support medical student education and clinical service development.
- Pursue strategic directions for Faculty and departmental growth.
- Contribute to administrative and management activities in the university or healthcare setting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold specialist registration with the Medical Council of Hong Kong or be eligible for the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Certification.
- Demonstrate international recognition for professional expertise.
- Show sustained excellence in research (basic science, translational, and/or clinical).
- Preference given to those with demonstrated administrative and management experience in universities or healthcare settings.
Appointment
- Non-Tenure Track — Contract: 3 to 4 years, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
- Fractional appointments may be considered.
