Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver quality teaching in Marketing and Management, and Accounting, Economics and Finance to associate degree and higher diploma students.
- Assist in division, programme, and course management activities.
- Organise co-curricular activities and support college promotion and admission activities.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (doctoral candidates or PhD holders preferred).
- Possess at least 2 years' teaching experience, preferably at tertiary level.
- Have experience in course development and administration.
- Demonstrate experience in course leadership, curriculum design, and test paper development (preferred).
- Have skills in AI tools and applications (advantageous).
Appointment
- Full-time contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to review; candidates with less experience may be appointed as College Assistant Lecturer.
