Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with diverse NGS applications and omics research projects.
- Apply analytics tools to single-cell multi-omics data and develop analysis pipelines.
- Collaborate with scientists to provide informatics solutions and training.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biological Sciences, or related field, or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in data analytics and bioinformatics.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Proven experience in NGS, multi-omics, single-cell, and spatial biology applications.
- Supervision or mentoring experience is highly advantageous.
- AI/ML experience with bioinformatics applications is an added advantage.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
