Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline IT helpdesk and end-user support for staff, classrooms, and computer laboratories at the Tseung Kwan O Learning Centre.
  • Manage setup, maintenance, and daily operations of computer hardware across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Execute mass PC image deployment, endpoint security monitoring, data backups, and manage AV/IT equipment and network printers.
  • Assist with server and network infrastructure administration.
  • Handle IT procurement, inventory management, and maintenance coordination.
  • Work shift duties on Saturdays as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate practical experience with computer lab management, mass image deployment, server administration, and network infrastructure.
  • Possess knowledge of VMware virtualisation and backup solutions.
  • Show strong responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and resolve issues.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills with an eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Preferably have at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification IT helpdesk and desktop support experience across multiple platforms.
  • Prior experience with eLearning support or Learning Management Systems is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement; contract-end gratuity provided for 2-year contracts).
