Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the project's digital operations.
  • Develop and maintain the project website.
  • Maintain the project's social media pages.
  • Perform fieldwork outside the office as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Higher Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Have hands-on experience setting up and maintaining network equipment.
  • Demonstrate experience handling and resolving IT issues.
  • Show experience developing web- and app-based platforms independently or with external providers.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Prior experience with academic matters and research processes is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
