Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 data centre operations on a rotating three-shift basis including weekends and public holidays.
- Monitor, operate, and maintain data centre critical infrastructure including security, power, cooling, and fire protection systems.
- Monitor networks and systems, perform fault reporting and escalation according to standard procedures.
- Perform daily data centre operations such as asset management, physical access control, data backup, and cable patching.
- Provide infrastructure service desk functions for incident management and request fulfilment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Computing or related subjects from a recognised university or technical institute.
- Have experience in network, systems, or data centre operations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards observing disciplinary codes of shift duties.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Appointment
- Contract — 2 years initial appointment with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
