Duties & Responsibilities

Provide infrastructure service desk functions for incident management and request fulfilment.
Monitor networks and systems with fault reporting and escalation according to procedures.
Perform routine checks and troubleshooting for network, hardware, and data centre infrastructure.
Complete daily operations including asset management, data backup, cable patching, and housekeeping tasks.
Work on shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays with monthly shift allowance.

Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Computing or related disciplines from a recognised institution.
Have experience in network, systems, or data centre operations.
Demonstrate positive work attitude and commitment to shift duty discipline.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Full-time — 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
