Duties & Responsibilities

Support implementation of corporate branding and recruitment plans.
Provide logistical support for corporate events, recruitment campaigns, and public education activities.
Design promotional materials including publications, social media posts, videos, and animations.
Maintain and update websites and social media platforms.
Manage the volunteer database, process registrations, and handle volunteer management tasks.
Handle public enquiries regarding clinical research activities and volunteer participation.
Source quotations from external partners and service providers.
Provide on-site assistance during visits for delegations and guests.

Bachelor's degree or above in Sciences, Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in design and video-editing tools.
Experience in social media management, customer service, or public relations is advantageous.
Strong sense of responsibility and positive service attitude.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
