Duties & Responsibilities

Support implementation of corporate branding and recruitment plans.
Provide logistical support for corporate events, recruitment campaigns, and public education activities.
Design promotional materials including publications, social media posts, videos, and animations.
Maintain and update websites and social media platforms.
Manage the volunteer database, process registrations, and handle volunteer-related operational tasks.
Answer public enquiries about clinical research activities and volunteer participation.
Source quotations from external partners and service providers.
Provide on-site assistance during visits from delegations and guests.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Sciences, Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
Proficiency in design and video-editing tools is advantageous.
Experience in social media management, customer service, or public relations is advantageous.
Strong sense of responsibility and positive service attitude.
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
