Duties & Responsibilities

Support implementation of corporate branding and recruitment plans.
Provide logistical support for corporate events, recruitment campaigns and public education activities.
Design promotional materials including publications, social media posts, videos and animations.
Maintain and update digital channels including websites and social media platforms.
Manage volunteer database, process registrations and handle volunteer-related operational tasks.
Handle public enquiries regarding clinical research activities and volunteer participation.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Sciences, Social Sciences, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines.
Proficiency in design and video-editing tools with experience in social media management, customer service or public relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-minded, self-motivated and independent.
Strong sense of responsibility and positive service attitude.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.

1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
