Coordinator of Student Ministries

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide pastoral care, discipleship training, and ministry to Christian Student Union members and leaders.
Oversee and support CSU ministries including the Football Team.
Organise and coordinate joint projects such as Orientation Projects and Christian Emphasis Week.
Assist the Chaplain with additional student and university-wide ministries as assigned.

Hold a recognised university degree with formal theological training.
Have at least three years of related experience in student ministry.
Demonstrate genuine passion for serving and mentoring young people, particularly university students.
Possess strong ability to foster positive team environments, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with flexible hours.
Have excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Full-time, fixed-term contract of two years with possible re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
