Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide psychological counselling and psychotherapy services to students.
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention for students in distress.
- Co-ordinate and organise educational and developmental mental health programmes.
- Develop educational and self-help materials and resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work.
- Further training in counselling or mental health areas.
- Registration, accreditation, or professional membership with a recognised professional body.
- At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for student well-being and team spirit.
Appointment
- 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
