Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and implement assessment efforts to inform evidence-based counselling practice and services.
Provide screening, risk assessment, individual and group counselling, crisis intervention, and consultation services.
Develop priorities and goals for counselling services and outreach programmes supporting student mental health.
Collaborate with the Student Wellness Team, faculty staff, and students to promote student wellbeing.
Receive regular supervision and engage in professional development opportunities.

Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work.
Be eligible for membership/registration with relevant professional bodies in Hong Kong or overseas.
Have at least 5 years' post-qualification counselling experience in tertiary education or mental health agencies.
Demonstrate bi/multilingual counselling capability in English and Cantonese.
Show evidence of organizing wellbeing programmes.
Possess passion for working with youth and young adults; experience with high-achieving populations is advantageous.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance; contract-end gratuity and university retirement benefits contribution (up to 10% of basic salary) included.
