Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support professional and continuing education programmes in Business and Management disciplines.
  • Manage student admissions, course scheduling, and programme coordination.
  • Handle assessment processes and e-learning platform management.
  • Ensure quality assurance across programmes.
  • Explore programme development opportunities and build professional networks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a higher degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience in programme administration.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Experience in developing courses or programmes.
  • Initiative to build networks and explore programme development opportunities.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
