Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis to diagnose the needs of multicultural students and teachers.
- Provide school-based support to collaborative kindergartens and primary schools.
- Collaborate with teachers on curriculum development, lesson planning, and peer observation.
- Develop pedagogical approaches and materials for diverse learners.
- Share school-based experiences and good practices at teacher seminars.
- Facilitate vertical and horizontal development among project schools to enhance knowledge exchange.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Master's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or related discipline, or Master's degree with recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGDE).
- Have at least 8 years' experience in teaching or developing school-based Chinese curriculum in local kindergartens/primary schools.
- Demonstrate good command of written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Have experience in IT applications and Chinese computer operations.
- Show demonstrated innovation in teaching Chinese language and knowledge of curriculum assessment in local settings.
- Preference given to those with experience teaching multicultural students.
Appointment
- Full-time or part-time contract, commencing as soon as possible until August 31, 2026, with possibility of renewal.
