Duties & Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and direction for the Faculty of Business.
Formulate annual development plans and budgets in accordance with College practices.
Lead curriculum development and initiate new undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Encourage high standards of teaching and foster research within the Faculty.
Manage overall Faculty operations and exercise Dean responsibilities as required.

Hold a Doctoral degree or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrate proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Show demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and service at associate professor level in Business disciplines.
Have experience serving in prestigious higher education institutions, preferably at Faculty/School Dean level or above.
Possess abundant experience in academic leadership including strategy development, budget planning, personnel management, and student enrollment.
