Duties & Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
Administer the Faculty and formulate annual development plans and budgets.
Lead curriculum development and initiate new undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Oversee quality teaching and learning activities and promote research and scholarship.
Manage personnel, academic budgets, and grants submission processes.
Establish partnerships with government, academic, and industry stakeholders.

Hold a Doctoral degree or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrate proficiency in Chinese and English.
Show excellence in teaching, research, and service at associate professor level or above.
Have experience in prestigious higher education institutions, preferably at Faculty/School Dean level or above.
Possess extensive leadership experience in Science and/or Engineering faculties or academic units.
Display expertise in academic strategy, budget planning, personnel management, and student enrollment.
