Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering undergraduate and/or postgraduate level courses.
- Supervise students' research projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the Department.
- Work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Master's degree or above in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Preference given to those with experience in teaching statistics, research methodology, cognitive science, neuroscience, biological psychology, and perception.
- More teaching experience and student supervision may qualify applicants for the Demonstrator post.
Appointment
- One-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
- Two-year fixed-term appointments include contract-end gratuity and up to 10% of basic salary in University retirement benefits scheme contributions.
