Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver oral care workshops promoting dental hygiene and preventive dental services.
- Support Senior Dental Officer and Dental Officer in operating the Dental Care Training Centre.
- Deliver outreach activities as assigned.
- Supervise student trainings at the Centre and outreach activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Higher Diploma in Dental Hygiene or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience (or 8 years without required academic qualification).
- Be enrolled with the Dental Council of Hong Kong to practise as a Dental Hygienist.
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Have established linkage with the dental industry.
- Be able to pass a trade test.
Appointment
- Full-time; rank of Instructor; may require duties outside normal office hours and at different work locations.
