Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantitative research including survey design and statistical modelling.
- Carry out data cleaning, management, statistical analysis and interpretation of empirical data.
- Support research design, literature review and report writing with focus on quantitative findings.
- Prepare statistical tables, figures and data visualisation for research reports and publications.
- Support other project-related research and administrative tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social Sciences, Data Science, Quantitative Social Research, or closely related disciplines.
- At least 4 years of research experience with demonstrated strong quantitative and statistical expertise.
- Proven experience using statistical packages and software such as SPSS or SAS.
