Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature review on dynamic compensation models and theoretical advancements.
- Assist in designing and developing models for dynamic salesforce compensation.
- Perform numerical analysis to validate models and evaluate results.
- Prepare academic research papers presenting research findings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree required; doctoral degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of publications in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as MATLAB or R.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently.
