Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with hospital goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to build a skilled workforce.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive, compliant work environment.
- Lead performance management, learning, development, and staff engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, salary structures, and incentive schemes.
- Drive organizational development, change management, and HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets, reports, and key performance indicators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management required.
- Minimum 18 years' experience with at least 10 years in HR management in public or large healthcare organizations at senior level.
- Overseas working experience preferred.
- Capability to bring global perspective on HR management and healthcare leadership.
- Sound knowledge and experience in manpower planning.
