Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with hospital goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to build a skilled workforce.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive, compliant work environment.
  • Lead performance management, learning, development, and staff engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits administration, salary structures, and incentive schemes.
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and HR digital transformation initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets, reports, and key performance indicators.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management required.
  • Minimum 18 years' experience with at least 10 years in HR management in public or large healthcare organizations at senior level.
  • Overseas working experience preferred.
  • Capability to bring global perspective on HR management and healthcare leadership.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in manpower planning.
