Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic communications and public affairs agenda with focus on creative branding for Hong Kong and Mainland China audiences.
  • Champion use of new technologies including AI and emerging digital platforms for innovative storytelling and engagement.
  • Serve as trusted advisor on crisis management, issue management, and media relations.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that set new standards for impact and effectiveness.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team with a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous learning.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of creativity and proactiveness in communications, branding, or public affairs.
  • Experience driving innovative campaigns that resonate with Mainland China and Hong Kong audiences.
  • Comfort with digital transformation, AI, and new media platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • University degree from a leading institution (preferred but not essential).

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, renewable subject to performance.
