Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and direction of the Institute of International and Professional Education.
Oversee the design, delivery and quality assurance of international and professional education programmes.
Manage Institute finances, resources and staffing to achieve operational excellence.
Foster partnerships with external organizations and international institutions.
Promote research and innovation in international and professional education.
Represent the Institute at university and external forums.

Advanced degree in education, business, or related discipline with significant experience in academic leadership.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and programme accreditation standards.
Proven track record of building partnerships and managing academic institutions or departments.
Strong financial and strategic management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with vision for institutional development.
