Director of Security and Transport

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall management of security, safety, transport and traffic operations.
Lead the Security Office comprising over 70 uniformed security officers maintaining round-the-clock campus security.
Oversee campus safety, traffic, parking control and emergency duties.
Supervise the Transport Office providing intra-campus bus and official car services.
Manage relevant service contracts and vendor performance.
Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Serve as Secretary to relevant committees and provide professional advice.
Advocate and support national security implementations under Hong Kong laws.

University degree required.
At least ten years of supervisory-level experience in police, related services, or security and safety management in a large organisation.
Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning and people management capabilities.
Sound judgement with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Valid driving license.

Full-time contract for up to three years, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
