Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the Development & Alumni Affairs Office and direct a dedicated team in fundraising and alumni engagement activities.
Cultivate lasting relationships with donors and alumni while securing transformative gifts and partnerships.
Oversee strategic fundraising efforts and comprehensive alumni engagement programs to maintain lifelong connections with HKU graduates worldwide.
Elevate the University's stature on the global stage through advancement initiatives.

Proven track record in fundraising, advancement, alumni relations, or a related field with demonstrated ability to motivate teams.
Strong capability to connect with diverse stakeholders and bring creative, results-driven approaches to development work.
Familiarity with the fundraising and philanthropic landscape in Hong Kong and Greater China is highly desirable.
Experience from higher education, industry, non-profit, or private sector backgrounds is valued.
