Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Registered Inspector under the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme for university buildings.
- Conduct building inspections (MBIS/VBIS, MWIS/VWIS) for assigned buildings and premises.
- Manage alteration and addition works, renovation, maintenance and repair projects.
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, technical proposals, progress reports and inspection reports.
- Work overtime, shifts, and weekends/public holidays when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold current MBIS Registered Inspector certification.
- Possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in construction-related disciplines.
- Have at least 7 years' experience supervising renovation, A&A works, MBIS, maintenance and repair.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of building ordinances and statutory submission processes.
- Have strong project management, cost control, tendering and contract administration expertise.
- Have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency.

- Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement)
