Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Academic Department at Registry.
- Support academic services including registration, course enrolment, fee payment, assessment, and graduation.
- Manage student records and handle testimonial and transcript issuance.
- Handle written and verbal enquiries from students and staff.
- Support University-wide functions such as student recruitment, Athletic Meet, and Graduation Ceremony.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in education.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua.
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
