Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Academic Department at Registry.
  • Support academic services including registration, course enrolment, fee payment, assessment, and graduation.
  • Manage student records and handle testimonial and transcript issuance.
  • Handle written and verbal enquiries from students and staff.
  • Support University-wide functions such as student recruitment, Athletic Meet, and Graduation Ceremony.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua.
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
