Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as secretary at committee meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and appointment letters.
  • Support Minor Programmes operations including departmental liaison, promotional activities, and enrollment management.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Teaching & Learning Development Office and Registry.
  • Handle logistic support for Advanced Teaching and Learning Committee events and other assigned duties.
  • Respond to inquiries related to the Interdisciplinary Digital Support Subcommittee and Minor Programmes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with effective Putonghua communication ability.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and computer skills.
