Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Faculty's Human Resources team.
- Handle recruitment, appointments, re-appointments, and onboarding arrangements.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a good bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 1 year of HR work experience.
- Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Show strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with computer literacy.
- Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Experience in recruitment and data processing/analysis is advantageous; fresh graduates with outstanding academic records will be considered.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary); competitive salary, annual leave, and medical benefits provided.
