Duties & Responsibilities
- Support campus administration matters including handling enquiries and providing services to staff and students.
- Perform office administration work and manage room booking matters.
- Liaise with the Learning Centre regarding office and campus administration.
- Handle procurement matters and support College events and activities.
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
- Have 1 year's experience in general administration in higher education or continuing education sectors (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing.
- Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Appointment
- Full-time — Contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to review.
