Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support campus administration matters including handling enquiries and providing services to staff and students.
  • Perform office administration work and manage room booking matters.
  • Liaise with the Learning Centre regarding office and campus administration.
  • Handle procurement matters and support College events and activities.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possess a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
  • Have 1 year's experience in general administration in higher education or continuing education sectors (preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing.
  • Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Appointment

  • Full-time — Contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to review.
