Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to College staff and students.
- Develop and enhance the College's IT systems and websites.
- Support and fine-tune the student timetabling system.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
- Compile statistical data and reports.
- Update internal documentation, operating procedures, and user manuals.
- Assist with IT procurement and coordinate with vendors.
- Conduct user training and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Computing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Preferably have 1 year's experience in web-based programming, database management, and end-user support.
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Be responsible and independent with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Have basic knowledge of AI office applications.
Appointment
- Contract — 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to review.
