Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Administration and Facilities Management Office.
  • Draft official correspondence including emails, letters, notices, agendas and minutes.
  • Manage booking/timetable systems and door access control for campus users.
  • Handle facility, venue, parking and service booking requests from internal and external parties.
  • Guide campus visitors and coordinate meetings, events and venue setup.
  • Assist in reporting and following up repair and maintenance cases.
  • Handle enquiries and maintenance requests via email, system and phone.
  • Monitor standards of campus security and cleaning services.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Possess HKDSE Level 2 or above in 5 subjects (including English, Chinese and Mathematics) or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Show good communication skills in English and Chinese with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Be flexible, polite, detail-oriented, organised and proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task independently and work effectively as a team member.
