Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts for Masters Programmes across Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and Rednote.
  • Develop engaging content and marketing materials for multiple platforms.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with market analysis.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by the Director.
  • Work at the Cyberport campus with occasional weekend work and travel outside Hong Kong.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience (fresh graduates with strong related experience considered).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
  • Proven track record managing social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills with strong computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and video production is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
