Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Executive Director overseeing daily operations, budget management, resource allocation, and staff coordination.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in leading journals on Belt and Road-related topics.
- Develop undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum related to the Belt and Road Initiative.
- Actively seek external competitive research grants and funding opportunities.
- Organize and promote Institute activities including conferences, workshops, and policy dialogues.
- Support the Institute Director in strategic planning and policy development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Strong background in teaching, research, and administrative experience, preferably in Belt and Road countries.
- Outstanding connections in international, national, and local academia, government, and business circles.
- Strong record of academic research and publications commensurate with Associate Professor or Professor rank.
