Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the Institute's macro-level grant capture strategy and coordinate major multi-institutional research proposals.
Act as chief financial controller, ensuring fiscal compliance and managing complex multi-year budget allocations.
Formulate and execute private fundraising strategies with family offices, corporations, and philanthropic institutions.
Develop mid- to long-term institutional development policies aligned with global climate governance trends.
Supervise administrative staff and oversee grant compliance workflows and Institute operations.

University degree, preferably Master's or Ph.D. in Public Administration or related field.
Recognized expertise in university financial governance, research administration, and grant management.
Strategic fundraising and partnership development experience.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for two to three years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
