Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver hotel services to guests and members of the public.
- Perform hotel rooms division operations and support the Institute's training programmes.
- Maintain hotel guest-related records and assist in preparing operational guidelines.
- Support students' training activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised certificate in Hotel Operations, Front Office, or Housekeeping with at least 2 years' relevant experience, or pass a trade test with equivalent experience.
- Preferably have experience in hotel executive floor service.
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, with Putonghua preferred.
- Have good knowledge of basic computer applications and Property Management Systems.
