Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support a large-scale mental health and well-being project in Hong Kong primary schools.
  • Act as secretary and liaison during meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile non-academic reports including financial, progress, and annual reports.
  • Manage project budget, procurement, reimbursement, invoicing, and resources.
  • Organize and support public education, dissemination, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate website development and digital communication for the project.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Social Sciences, Management, Administration, or related field.
  • Versatility in general office administration and project management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • High IT proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other office applications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Preferably experience in finance functions such as budgetary control in public or quasi-government sectors.
  • Advantageous: experience in community/education projects, public-sector funded projects, charitable foundations, or tertiary institutions.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
  • Contract includes gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for lower appointment levels.
