Duties & Responsibilities
- Support a large-scale mental health and well-being project in Hong Kong primary schools.
- Act as secretary and liaison during meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compile non-academic reports including financial, progress, and annual reports.
- Manage project budget, procurement, reimbursement, invoicing, and resources.
- Organize and support public education, dissemination, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate website development and digital communication for the project.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Social Sciences, Management, Administration, or related field.
- Versatility in general office administration and project management.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- High IT proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other office applications.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Preferably experience in finance functions such as budgetary control in public or quasi-government sectors.
- Advantageous: experience in community/education projects, public-sector funded projects, charitable foundations, or tertiary institutions.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
- Contract includes gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for lower appointment levels.
