Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of resource planning including budgeting, financial management, and staffing allocation.
  • Coordinate and support planning and development of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes.
  • Oversee school-level initiatives, events, and research activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and visibility.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment for faculty and staff.
  • Serve on committees and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification executive experience, preferably in business and tertiary education.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
