Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of resource planning including budgeting, financial management, and staffing allocation.
- Coordinate and support planning and development of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes.
- Oversee school-level initiatives, events, and research activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and visibility.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment for faculty and staff.
- Serve on committees and undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification executive experience, preferably in business and tertiary education.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
