Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of the School's resource planning, including budgeting, financial management, staffing, and operational resources.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and development of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes.
  • Oversee School-level initiatives including academic events, industry engagement, and research activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the School's visibility and partnerships.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment for faculty and staff.
  • Serve on committees and undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Meet English language requirements as specified on the Human Resources website.
  • At least 8 years' post-qualification executive experience (preferably in business and tertiary education sectors).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong management capabilities to work effectively with teams and independently with minimal supervision.
