Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of executives managing admissions and student-related matters.
  • Compile admissions data and prepare documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Organise student recruitment activities and admission marketing events.
  • Liaise with Programme Directors, administrators, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs, operational effectiveness, and streamlined processes.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and work flexible hours including weekends.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree and meet English language requirements.
  • Have at least 8 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the Chinese Mainland education sector.
  • Possess solid experience with data analytics tools and strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Show creative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in change management.

Appointment

  • Full-time — 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance; start date as soon as possible.
