Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Master of Professional Accountancy programme.
- Oversee admissions, academic administration, student services, alumni relations, and programme operations.
- Formulate and implement marketing and branding strategies to enhance the programme's visibility.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver programme-related events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with alumni through engagement initiatives and database management.
- Coordinate outreach and partnership activities in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and overseas.
- Provide secretarial support to committees and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in programme administration within tertiary education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven attitude with professional integrity.
- Good computer literacy.
- Experience in data analysis, event management, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with both Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland cultures is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity and renewal option subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
