Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive content creation for social media and online/offline platforms.
- Plan and implement alumni engagement programmes and devise publicity plans.
- Support committee work and prepare proposals, reports and papers.
- Liaise with internal units and external parties.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
- Fulfill the English language requirements specified on the HRO website.
- Have at least 3 years' relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably in tertiary education.
- Demonstrate strong written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Have good stakeholder management skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Prior marketing and corporate communications experience is highly advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
