Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive content creation for social media and online/offline platforms.
  • Plan and implement alumni engagement programmes and devise publicity plans.
  • Support committee work and prepare proposals, reports and papers.
  • Liaise with internal units and external parties.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
  • Fulfill the English language requirements specified on the HRO website.
  • Have at least 3 years' relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably in tertiary education.
  • Demonstrate strong written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Have good stakeholder management skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Prior marketing and corporate communications experience is highly advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
